We created a story that resonated with everyone’s experience of going through the Covid-19 lockdown. We used this chance to remind people about safety precautions and show resilience, hope for an end in sight while also giving them that magical feeling associated Christmas! The video was such success it led not just increased footfall but also a deeper connected community.

We used relatable details to make the video more immersive. Smiling through mask, we all know that feeling.

At a time the Uk was just coming out of lockdown we emphasised hope in the poem and visuals. Hope that we can have some normality for the Christmas period. The shopping experience is a big part of the Christmas experience. This also helps to encourage footfall to the centre.

This is the notorious Polar Bear of Solihull Touchwood. This shows families an opportunity to take pictures and share it on social media. As a result Social Media was flooded that Christmas of family pictures with the bear. This is user generated content that helped to organically generate more shopping centre visitors which increases shops profits.
